Cleanings
Professional cleanings remove plaque and tartar that brushing at home can’t always reach. Our assistants use soft techniques and child-friendly explanations to help kids feel relaxed throughout their visit. Cleanings not only leave teeth sparkling—they also help prevent cavities, gum issues, and promote long-term oral health.

What Constitutes a Dental Emergency?
Most dental emergencies fall into one of three main categories:
- Health
- Function
- Aesthetics
Are you unable to eat, or do you have a chipped front tooth that’s too embarrassing to face work or school? If so, you need an emergency dentist who can see you as soon as possible, ideally the same day.
Some of the most common dental emergencies we treat include sharp or broken teeth, gum swelling, pain, and hypersensitivity. Other frequent issues include soft tissue lesions, such as ulcers under dentures, abscessed teeth, and traumatic injuries. Our team is here to provide prompt and compassionate care when you need it most.
Same-Day Emergency Treatment
Can you receive same-day treatment?
In most cases, yes! We make every effort to work you into our schedule as quickly as possible to address your dental emergency.
Same-day care typically focuses on relieving pain or discomfort. This may include interim solutions like a temporary filling or medication to manage pain until a permanent treatment—such as a crown or root canal—can be completed. In cases involving swelling or infection, antibiotics may also be prescribed.
Once your pain is under control, we’ll discuss the next steps to restore and preserve your smile.
